This is a three color relief print of the Umpqua River in Oregon, somewhere east of Roseburg between there and Diamond Lake.
After exploring along the coast we headed inland to visit Crater Lake, this is where we stopped to camp after a full day of driving along the river, the jaw dropping, beautiful, Umpqua river. In the morning before heading back onto the road I had a nice eyefull of the river as the sun worked it's magic on the river and trees, lighting up some of the view, and the foreground still in shadow. Perfect subject for a relief print. I'd love to return and get to know it better with my fly rod of course.
